Day 01: Bangalore

Arrive at Bangalore Airport / Railway Station in the morning and transfer to Hotel . Day 02 : Bangalore to Nagarhole (05 hrs / 225 kms  )

After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Nagarhole - Blessed with rich wildlife, attractive jungle and a scenic lake, Nagarhole National Park, pronounced nag-ar-hole-eh, is one of Karnataka’s best wildlife getaways. Adjoining Kabini Lake, it forms an important animal corridor that runs through neighbouring Bandipur National Park – making up a part of the Nilgiri Bioshpere Reserve. Set over 643 sq km, Nagarhole features a good blend of dense jungle and open sightlines along the river bank, which makes for fantastic wildlife-watching. Its lush forests are home to tiger, leopard, elephant, gaur, barking deer, dhole, bonnet macaque and common langur, plus 270 species of birds. DAY 4 : Nagarhole to Bandipur (125 hrs / 03 hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Bandipur . Bandipur National Park is regarded as one of the most beautiful and the better-managed national parks of India. Located amidst the picturesque surroundings of the towering Western Ghat Mountains on the Mysore-Ooty highway in Karnataka, Bandipur National Park covers an area of about 874.2 sq km. Together with Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary in Tamil Nadu, Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary in Kerala and Nagarhole National Park in the North, it creates the India's biggest biosphere reserve popularly known as the 'Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve'. The Bandipur National Park occupies a special place in India's efforts towards Eco-conservation.

Bandipur also has a sizable number of Tigers. Other natural inhabitants of this lovely forest are gaur (a type of bull), sambhar, chital, mouse deer, four-horned antelope, wild dogs, wild boar, jackal, sloth bear, panther, malabar squirrel, porcupines and the black-knapped hare. DAY 05 : Bandipur

Day 01: Cochin - Munnar ( 135 kms / 4.5 hrs)

Day 2: Munnar:

After breakfast visit Metupatty Dam for boating (Mattupetty dam and its reservoir  is  located 13 km away from Munnar.  This concrete gravity dam is built between the hill ranges and it is used mainly for water storage for hydroelectric projects. Its reservoir is an idyllic place to enjoy the serene nature. It is also said to be one of the waterholes where the elephants in the region often visit.) top Station (It is about 40 km from Munnar and it is 1,880 meters above sea level. The panoramic view of the Western Ghats and the valley of Theni from Top station is simply breathtaking. ) Echo Point ( . Echo Point  is about 15 km from Munnar. Day 3: Munnar:

After breakfast visit Rajamalai view point the highest point of Kerala. Rajamala, part of Eravikulam national park, is located at about 15 kms from Munnar.  This region is the natural habitat of the Nilgiri Tahr (Hemitragas hylocres). It was converted to a national park to provide a safe sanctuary  for the already endangered species of Nilgiri Tahr. After lunch the day is free to explore the natural beauty of Munnar. Evening free at leisure . Night halt at Munnar.

Day 4: Munnar – Kodai Kanal ( 175 kms / 04 hrs)

After breakfast drive from Munnar to Kodaikanal (4 hrs) Kodaikanal is one of the very popular and most sought after Honeymoon and holiday destination hill resorts in South India. This hill station stands 7200 feet above sea level and situated in upper palani hills of the westernghats near Madurai in Tamil Nadu. Day 05: Kodaikanal 

After Breakfast proceed for Kodaikanal sightseeing by covering cocker’s walk, Golf Links, Green Valley View, Pillar Rocks, Silver Cascade Falls, Bear Shoal Falls (Located at the Ghat Road about 8 km from Kodaikanal, Silver Cascade fall from a height of 180 feet and it is a great delight to look and hear the loud noise of these falls amidst the tranquility that surrounds the place. Bear Shola fall is the place where once the bears used to come and drink water, hence it was named so. Day 06: Kodaikanal

Day 07: Kodaikanal- Ooty ( 250 kms / 06 hrs)

This 2 kms long lake is another major tourist Attraction . One can go for boating , riding both pedal and motor boats .There are horse and ponnies available around the lake for ridiing as well . Day 05: Ooty-Kodaikanal 

After breakfast drive from Ooty to Kodaikanal (4.5 hrs) Kodaikanal is one of the very popular and most sought after Honeymoon and holiday destination hill resorts in South India. This hill station stands 7200 feet above sea level and situated in upper palani hills of the westernghats near Madurai in Tamil Nadu. DAY 1 : ARRIVE AT KOCHI & DRIVE TO MUNNAR (4 HRS DRIVE)    

Wedged between the Western Ghats on the East and the Arabian Sea on the West, the narrow strip of land known as Kerala is a destination of a lifetime .Arrival at Kochi airport / railway station  & Drive to Munnar – Munnar meaning “three rivers” is located at the confluence of three mountain streams – Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. DAY 2 : MUNNAR – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast cover the local sightseeing of Tea Gardens, Matupetty Dam/Lake – The Mattupetty lake and dam , just a short distance from the farm, is a very beautiful picnic spot. Boating can be enjoyed here. Kundala Dam/Lake- Kundala is a picturesque town on the way to Top Station. The Golf Course which belongs to Tata Tea Ltd. is located here. The Kundala artificial dam is another attraction Top Station – 1700 Mts above sea level , this is the highest point on the Munnar-Kodiakanal road. Top Station (a viewing point) also offers a panoramic view of neighbouring state of Tamil nadu. Also Echo Point on the way back can be enjoyed. Back to the hotel after sightseeing. Also a Tea Estate Visit is a must when in Munnar, it feels as if your eyes can see the widespread of beautiful green colour in & around the vicinity. DAY 3 : MUNNAR – THEKKADY (3 HRS DRIVE)

DAY 4 :THEKKADY

After breakfast Today Half day Jeep Safari can be done & then visit to Periyaar wild life sanctuary – The Periyar Tiger Reserve at Thekkady is one of the best tiger reserves in India. The place offers a wide array of avenues to quench your thirst for adventure and for enjoying safaris, tiger trails, plantation tours & Spice Garden. DAY 5 : THEKKADY – KODAIKANAL ( 6 HRS DRIVE)

After breakfast Check out from the Hotel & proceed to Kodaikanal.Tamil Nadu is the land of the Tamils It is a land where traditions and culture blend and continue to live in harmony..Kodaikanal : Its is a unique place. Rows and rows of silky pine trees sloping down to clear, cold streams, spectacular views which suddenly disappear in foamy mist, people bundled up in sweaters and overcoats. We seek peace quiet in a hill station, not the noise and fume of factories. Arrival & check in Hotel. Remaining day to relax.

 

DAY 6  :KODAIKANAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast proceed to cover the local sightseeing which includes some attractive points like Coaker’s Walk – A kilometre’s walk from the lake. It derives the name Lt. Coaker, who prepared the map of Kodai. Coaker’s Walk runs along a steep, emerald green wooded slope. Tiger Leap, Bryant’s Park – This park is situated on the eastern side of the lake. It is noted for flowers, hybrids and grafts, Cut flowers are exported from here, Green Valley View – It is about 5.5 Kms from the lake and located very close to Golf club, it commands a beautiful view of entire vaigai dam, As the valley is very deep, dense and dangerous, recommended to see with precautionary measures., Pillar Rocks – It is about 7.4 Kms from the lake. Three boulders stand shoulder to shoulder vertically measuring of about 122 meters providing a beautiful view. It has a mini garden, Bear Shola Falls – An ideal picnic spot 1.6-km from bus stand and within 2 Kms of the lake, where once bears came to drink water.& Lake – A magnificent star-shaped lake glitters like a jewel amidst the emerald green wooded slopes. This 24 hectare lake is skirted by 5 Kms long, black tapped road is focal point of Kodai, Golf links etc.

 

DAY 7 : KODAIKANAL – OOTY ( 7 HRS DRIVE)

After breakfast Check out from the hotel & proceed to Ooty – Ootacamund or Ooty is situated in Nilgiri Mountains near Tri Junction of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. Ooty is the only hill station in india which attracts visitors during all seasons.Arrival & check in. Cover the sightseeing of Ooty including visit to Dodabetta Peak – Doddabetta Peak is the highest vantage point in Ooty, located at around 2,623 m. This peak is regarded as one of the highest peaks in South India, which lies at the junction of the Eastern and Western Ghats, Botanical Gardens – A wide variety of exotic and ornamental plants adorn this garden. There is also a beautiful Italian floral garden and for those who simply want to relax, there’s always the green carpet of the well-maintained lawns. etc. Boating can be enjoyed on the placid Ooty Lake – Ooty Lake is an artificial lake, formed by John Sullivan, the founder of Ooty, in 1824. DAY 8 : COONOOR SIGHTSEEING

Cover the sightseeing of Coonoor – Coonoor lies in the Nilgiri district and is located at an altitude of 1800 metres above sea level. This second largest hill station in the Nilgiri, after Ooty, is perfect base for trekking expeditions. The city of Coonoor also has the regimental headquarters of the Madras Regiment of the Indian Army. including visit to the Tea Gardens & Estates – There are multiple tea plantations in the hill station that produce fresh green tea leaves., Sim’s Park – Sim’s Park is the main tourist attraction in the town, which is basically a botanical garden with different varieties of plants. Moreover, this park hosts a Fruit Show during the summer months. etc.

 

DAY 9 : OOTY – COIMBATORE (3 HRS DRIVE )
After breakfast Check out from the hotel & transfer to Coimbatore railway station /Airport to board the train/flight for further destination.
