Day 01 : Srinagar

Arrival at Srinagar the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is situated in the Kashmir Valley and lies on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus. The city is famous for its gardens, lakes and houseboats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dry fruits.The city is located on both the sides of the Jhelum River which is called Vyath in Kashmir. The river passes through the city and meanders through the valley, moving onward and deepening in the Dal Lake. The city is famous for its nine old bridges, connecting the two parts of the city. Day 02 : Srinagar - Sonmarg

After breakfast check out from the hotel and  Drive to Sonamarg or Sonmarg, located at a hefty altitude of 2,740 m above sea level, literally means 'Meadow of Gold'. The picturesque natural beauty of the region brought this name to Sonamarg. Sonamarg, a town surrounded by breathtaking glaciers and serene lakes, is a snow covered beautiful flower-laden meadow in the majestic Himalayan mountain region. Sonamarg in the Kashmir valley is the gateway to Ladakh and situated just before the Zojii La pass. Located at 87 km from Srinagar, the place is renowned for trekking and hiking trails. The snow clad peaks in the Himalaya and the undulated hilly mountainous regions are perfectly suitable for all types of trekking expeditions. Sonamarg is the base camp for many trekking expeditions. The major treks passing through various mountain lakes such as Gangabal, Vishansar, Gadsar, Satsar and Kishansar has its base at Sonamarg.

 

Day 03 : Sonmarg - Amarnath - Sonmarg

Early morning  begin your Amarnath Yatra by helicopter from Sonmarg (Neelgrath). Helicopter service upto Panchatarni, then trek till Amarnath cave (6+6 kms trek). The Amarnath Cave has a special significance in the Hindu religion. As per legend, Lord Shiva had chosen this cave to describe the secrets of immortality and formation of the universe to Maa Parvati.
Once Maa Parvati asked Lord Shiva that when He started wearing the beads of heads. On this, Lord Shiva replied whenever you were born. Maa Parvati asked – why are you immortal and I keep on dying again and again? Lord Shiva said that this is due to the Amar Katha. Maa Parvati insisted to hear that Amar Katha and after convincing Lord for a long time, Lord Shiva decided to narrate that story to Maa Parvati.
To narrate the story, Lord Shiva started looking for an absolutely lonely place so that no living being can hear that Amar Katha except for Maa Parvati. He finally found the Amarnath Cave. To reach there, He left all his belonging on the way like His bull Nandi at Pahalgam, His Moon at Chandanwari, His snakes at the banks of Lake Sheshnag, His son Ganesha at Mahagunas Parvat and at Panjtarni, He left his Five Elements (Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Sky).After this, Lord Shiva entered in this holy Amarnath Cave with Maa Parvati. Lord Shiva sat on the Deer Skin and took a samadhi.After darshan & religious activities return back to Sonmarg 
    

Day 04 : Sonmarg - Srinagar

After breakfast check out from the hotel and  Proceed to Srinagar. On arrival check in at Hotel and rest of the time free time for relaxation and shopping Or to explore this beautiful city at your own . Overnight stay at Srinagar 
 

Day 05 : Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast check out form the hotel and depart to Srinagar Airport to Board the flight for your hometown. Tour Concludes.

Post Breakfast drive towards Leh - Kargil highway to Lamayuru enroute visiting Kali Mata Temple, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the Lamas of Leh in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar river 4 km before Nimmu village, and later we visit Likir gompa situated atop a windy cliff top overlooking the beautiful village of Likir. Basgo is certainly the most impressive of Ladakhi citadels despite its ruined state. Then we drive and cross the River Indus and reach Alchi, Ladakh's most loved monastery. Day 3: Leh – Khardongla Pass – Leh 85 Kms

After breakfast full day excursion to Khardongla pass which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 Mtrs and has been recorded in the Gunnies Book of world records. At the top enjoy the nature beauty of snow capped mountain. In the evening back to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: Uletokpo – Lamayuru – Leh 180 Kms

Leave Uletokpo and continue drive to Lamayuru via Khaltsi. From here another 22 Kms drive will take you to Lamayuru. The oldest and spectacularly set Lamayuru monastery founded in the 10th Century. Visit the monastery. In the late afternoon drive back to Leh which will take about 4/5 hours drive, on the way back we stop at magnetic hill. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5: Leh – Khardongla - Nubra (DISKIT & HUNDER)

After an early breakfast we drive to NUBRA VALLEY leads through KHARDUNG-LA-PASS (the highest motorable road in the world) at 18,390 ft, around 39kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the North of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.Arrive Sumur or Hunder by afternoon and rest of the day at leisure to explore beautiful village of Sumur & Hunder with a Visit to Diskit Monastery. Day 6:Nubra – Leh

Day 7: Leh – Pangong Lake - Leh (290 Kms)

Day 05: Leh to Sarchu (255 Kms)

After an early breakfast we check out from the hotel and drive to Sarchu via through Tanglang La Pass 17,585 ft world second highest motorable road. At Pang you can stop for lunch and continue driving to Lachungla pass, which is at a height of 5065 mts. Upon arrival in Sarchu we check in at our Camp for overnight. It will also be the coldest night during the whole tour.

Day 06: Sarchu to Manali (222 Kms)

Today start your journey to Manali via Baralacha Pass (4890m), Keylong (3350 m), &  Rohtang Pass (3978 m). Arrive manali - a prime tourist destination of Himachal Pradesh. Manali at a height of 6,398 ft, in the Beas River valley, is a popular hill station in the mountains of Himachal Pradesh. Its 40 Kms. away from Kulu to the north and situated near the end of the valley on the National Highway leading to Leh. The landscape here is breathtaking. One sees well defined snow capped peaks, the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. After light and early breakfast proceed for Darshan to Mata Vaishneodevi . the Temple is situated on top of a mountain & it is 14 kms one way ( The yatris are blessed with the Darshan of the Goddess Inside her holy cave . The cave does not contain any Sttatue or Photo . The cave house 03 Natural Rock Formations , called the Pindies that represent the 03 Goddess . The pIndi in the Middle Represents Laxmi Mata , on the right is Kali mata & on the left is Saraswati Mata . Vaishneodevi pilgrimage is considered to be one of the holliest Pilgrimages in India . One has option to trek , Hire a doli , Ride a pony / horse or even take a helicopter to sanjichatt from where the temple is just 1.5 kms . Day 3: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar ( 65 kms / one way )

 Day 4: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar ( 85 kms one/ way )

Full day excursion to Sonmarg which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. The drive to Sonamarg is through the Sindh Valley which presents yet another spectacular facet of countryside in Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m, Sonamarg (‘The meadow of gold’) has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer months. Sonamarg is the base of a major trek that passes along several mountain lakes –Vishansar, Kishansar, Gadsar, Satsar and Gangabal. Sonamarg is also the take off station for the drive to Ladakh across the Zojila, a major pass in the Great Himalayan Range, through which the Srinagar-Leh Road passes.In the evening return to Houseboat.  Day 5: Srinagar – Pahalgam ( 90 kms )

After Breakfast Check out from the hotel & Transfer to Pahalgam, Situated at the confluence of the Strems flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder river . Pahalgam situated at the height of 2130 meters was once a humble shephards  village & now offers Breathatking views . On the way you can visit Saffron fields, Avantipur ruins and Anantnag sulpher spring. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the nature charm of the valley.   Overnight Stay at Pahalgam .

 Day 6: Pahalgam

After breakfast  Day at leisure in Pahalgam. Alternately you can visit the Betaab & Aru valleys famous for the many bollywood that have been shot here, alternately you can relax by the ride side or indulge in some trout fishing or better still enjoy some adrenaline pumping horse rides. Evening return to the hotel O/n at Hotel,

 Day 7: Pahalgam – Srinagar Departure

Day 1:  Srinagar
